A complete, free professional learning programme built for teachers in low-resource African primary schools, co-authored by Cambridge researchers and practising Zambian teachers. Through 28 practical two-hour sessions it moves teachers from chalk-and-talk to interactive teaching: effective questioning, whole-class dialogue, group work, assessment for learning, lesson pacing, and enquiry-based learning. Every session gives concrete classroom activities and case examples from real Zambian classrooms, so a teacher with no formal training can try one idea at a time in their own class. It can be worked through alone, with a colleague, or as a school group — no trainer required.
