1 Development of the Content Framework

Seven content categories were developed through a learner-centred design process. Rather than starting from existing teacher training curricula, the framework was derived from the identified learner archetype (“emerging educator”), their Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), pain points, and the teaching contexts in which they operate (see “Learner & Context Research”).

Of Note: The content categories currently represent assumptions about learner needs that need to be verified through interviews.
